If you have a complaint about one of our products or about our service, you should send an e-mail to our customer service.
We will investigate your concerns thoroughly and we will contact you with a solution as soon as possible.
Mind you, complaints about faulty or late deliveries should reach us within eight days after delivery. Complaints about hidden defects should reach us within two months after discovering the defect(s) or within the legal warranty period.
