When you pick your order up in our experience center or when we deliver the item(s) at your house, we count on you, our customers, to be very critical. Our goal is to deliver top quality items to you but sometimes things can go wrong. That is why a tiny percentage of our sold items has a small flaw. If you accept the item(s), you agree with the state in which it has been offered to you.
